BMW reached out to Performance Auto Group as a potential investor to build and mange the final BMW store within the Greater Toronto Area. Over the course of multiple interactions between senior partners, Performance Auto Group was tasked on providing an in-depth, analysis of what potential BMW intenders could expect to receive from a Performance Auto Group partnership. This experience highlighted the unique qualities that have made Performance Auto Group a successful entity, while also providing measurable data to substantiate their claims. Headlining BMW’s ultimate customer experience, I directed all interaction/visual design elements and lead multiple conversations, until the proposal reflected the core values Performance Auto Group believes “every customer is entitled to.”
